Probably my favorite Mexican food spot. (And I'm hella picky). clean environment. Nice staff and their foods consistent. El sauz is compatible with this spot, the foods identical. But el sauz staff is always rude. Seating situations are awkward and 80% they don't pick up their phone calls. Been coming to victorias for over 10 years now and I don't think I've ever been let down. I don't even live in Glendale anymore, but anytime I'm in town I'll make sure to stop by. Owner is super nice too and hospitable.
We stopped here on our way to see a band at sofi and from the reviews knew it would be good. I had no idea it would be as amazing as it was. We live in a town about 3 hours north and one of the things we're most proud of is how good our Mexican food is. There are probably 100 different spots and they all have something special that makes them stand out. This spot beat them all out and was by far leaps and bounds better. I can honestly say it was the best torta I have ever had! My fiancé had a bean and cheese burrito which was just as amazing! This is now a must stop for us everytime we come down here. That was just the food! The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming! The chef greeted us when we came in with a big smile and thumbs up and the girl taking care of everything up front was a gem! So friendly happy and welcoming! The restaurant was very clean and everyone involved should be very proud of what they have! 5 stars is not enough! Must stop!
The best tacos and burritos on the east side. I'm not kidding. The flavors and just so deep. And damn the salsas are fire. You know it's good by the locals that go there. No instagram hype here. I've never had a bad meal here.
New fav in town:) had the Carne Asada Tacos ! Not too far from other shops like Vons Will be back to visit !
The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I ordered carne asada and al pastor tacos and french fries. Victoria's food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend everyone who loves great Mexican to come out to Victoria's to experience some of the best food on the planet This is officially one of my favorite places Richard Joy
